Viking Cove Institute represents the most elite and innovative advisor base in the nation with a long-standing heritage of collaboration and community. We are proud to host our VCI MVP Webinar Series, designed to help practices educate their rising stars on rapidly emerging and relevant subject matters. Content will be delivered monthly by VCI home office experts, leading VCI advisors and other strategic partners. Together we can help train and inspire the next generation of leadership by equipping them with the necessary expertise and practical application to be successful in today’s environment.

VCI WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP GROUP

VCI has always been recognized for having the highest number of top women advisors in the industry. In 2015, VCI formalized its Women's Leadership Group and the Annual Women's Leadership Summit. We have had events in Alaska, others in San Diego, Arizona and soon Cape Cod where members create meaningful and lasting relationships. We are proud supporters of WIPN (Women in Pensions Network), NAPA’s WiRC (Women in Retirement Conference), WOB 5050, and other non-for-profits. The VCI Women's Leadership Group climbs glaciers together and proactively pushes each and the industry to new possibilities. Many events are co-ed.
